                            The following is a sample. remember - you select each menu item from the selections below.
                            • Absolut! Chicken: fusilli pasta, breast of chicken, sun-dried tomato, hot pepper vodka cream sauce
                            • Calabrese Penne Pasta: tri-tip sirloin, spicy Italian sausage & bacon tomato meat sauce
                            • Bowtie Asparagus al Pesto: bowtie pasta, fresh asparagus, creamy pesto sauce
                            • Italian Salad: fresh romaine lettuce, marinated artichoke hearts, tomatoes, garbanzo & kidney beans, croutons fresh Parmesan & Italian dressing
                            • Roasted Vegetable Salad: eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper & onion
                            • Heart Shaped Watermelon (fruit display): fresh strawberries, cantaloupe, honey dew, pineapple, grapes
                            • Focaccia & Butter Rolls – on the table in baskets

                            Menu Options for Tri-Colore:

                            Salads:
                            Insalata Mista: Napa field greens, ‘teardrop’ tomato, crumbled Gorgonzola, honey roasted walnuts & balsamic vinaigrette

                            ‘Girasole’ Greens: fresh romaine & field greens mixed, shredded carrots, cucumber, ‘tear drop’ tomato, roasted sunflower seeds & a rice wine vinaigrette… you may also add a choice of Ranch dressing

                            Hearts of Palm Caesar: tender hearts of romaine, garlic croutons, sun-dried tomato & hearts of palm garnish

                            Baby Spinach: fresh blackberries, sugared pecans, crumbled bacon, ‘teardrop’ tomato & a raspberry vinaigrette

                            Southwest Salad: romaine & field greens, orange sections, blackberries & strawberries, fresh ciliegine Mozzarella, jalapeno mango vinaigrette, tortilla confetti

                            Caprice: 'grape stake' cherry tomatoes & fresh ciliegine Mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, a hint of balsamic vinegar & fresh basil (lots!!)

                            Italian Salad: fresh romaine lettuce, marinated artichoke hearts, tomatoes, garbanzo & kidney beans, croutons fresh Parmesan & Italian dressing

                            Penne Gorgi: pasta cylinders, honey roasted walnuts & fresh grapes in a light Gorgonzola cream sauce

                            Penne Marinara: penne pasta, tomato concassé, Parmesan, parsley garnish…add spinach or roasted eggplant!

                            Fusilli al Pesto: a lightly creamed fresh basil pesto sauce, garnished with roasted sweet bell peppers & pine nuts

                            Vegetarian Lasagna!: Julienne carrots, zucchini & yellow squash, creamed spinach, layers with Mozzarella, Parmesan, Ricotta & a hint of Gorgonzola....extra marinara sauce.
