Hi Skip, 
    I just wanted to say it was so nice running into you the other day. Thru the years Girasole has grown do be such a special place for our family. From catering our wedding and making it the talk of the town. We still wonder how you pulled off feeding 640 people with such elegance, and then you pulled it off again at my sisters wedding. 
Thru the years we have been blessed with 2 sons, and have celebrated both of our sons baptism in your banquet room hosting parties of 50, and giving our guests the "Scoozi" experience. Last month we baptized all 4 of our nieces & nephews and of course celebrated again at Girasole. 

It never fails we have dinner every year on our anniversary at Girasole, and the list goes on.
I just wanted to say THANK YOU for makimg our lives easy, and although these events could be very stressful, you, and your staff make it so easy.

I cannot Thank you enough!

Hello Skip,
I just wanted to reach out to you and thank you for the outstanding job you and your team did at our wedding. The food was amazing! Every person I talked to raved about it. Really...when folks were walking out, saying their good buys at the end of the evening, everyone of them commented on how outstanding the food was.

And the professionalism of your staff was an added bonus.

If you need a reference of any kind please do not hesitate to ask. And as events come and go (baby showers, anniversaries...etc) you will always be my go to caterer.
