Many of our customers choose to supply their own beverages, in part or in total. For this reason, we offer five different beverage packages and bartender service. Bartenders are billed at $25.00 per hour with a six hour minimum. This charge is in addition to the beverage package offered below. Beverage Options Package #1: Set Up - $3.50 per person ($3.00 if ice is provided or on-site) We supply: all glassware, ice, tubs to chill beverages, and cocktail napkins You supply: all beverages to the site Package #2A: Sodas and Bottled Water - $6.00 per person($8.00 if no alcohol served) We supply: all sodas, sparkling water, and 500ml bottled water plus all glassware, ice, tubs to chill & cocktail napkins  You supply: All alcoholic beverages & any sparkling cider to the site Package #2B: Sodas, Bottled Water and Mixers - $7.50 per person We supply: a) all sodas, sparkling water,500 ml bottled water,& plus all mixers for 'spirits' - e.g. - margarita mix, tonic, orange juice, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, club soda, bloody mary mix plus all glassware, ice, tubs to chill & cocktail napkins - You supply: All alcoholic beverages & any sparkling cider to the site Package #3: Full service wine, beer & champagne - $17.00 per person We supply: Champagne & sparkling cider for 'toasting', wine (chardonnay, merlot and/or cabernet), beer (2 selections), sodas, mineral water, plus all glassware, ice, tubs to chill, and cocktail napkins…to the site You supply: nothing…we do it all Package #4: Full Service Spirits - $25.00 per person (4 hour service. Each additional hour $10.00 per person/per hour) We supply: Package #3 plus spirits & mixers for cocktails - Beefeaters gin, Ketal One vodka, Jack Daniels bourbon, McAllen 12 year scotch, Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila…plus all the mixers for martinis, manhattans, cosmos etc. You supply: nothing…we do it all
