Beverage Service Options
You pay the per person price for chosen beverage package, plus an hourly rate for a dedicated bartender at $25/hour beginning 2 hours before your event starts and ending 1 hour afterward for clean up.
- Package #1: Set up - $3.50 per person ($3.00 if ice is provided or on site)
We supply: all glassware, ice, tubs to chill beverages, & cocktail napkins
You supply: all beverages to the site
- Package #2A: Sodas & Bottled Water - $6.00 ($8.00 if no alcohol served)
We supply: all sodas, sparkling water, 500ml bottled water, plus all glassware, ice, tubs to chill & cocktail napkins
You supply: All alcoholic beverages & any sparkling cider to the site
- Package #2B: Sodas, Bottled Water & Mixers - $7.50 per person
We supply: all sodas, sparkling water, 500ml bottled water & mixers for your ‘spirits’, plus all glassware, ice, tubs to chill & cocktail napkins
You supply: All alcoholic beverages & any sparkling cider to the site
- Package #3: Full service wine, beer & champagne - $17.00 per person
We supply: Champagne (Stanford) & sparkling cider for the toasts, wine (chardonnay, merlot &/or cabernet), beer (2 selections), sodas, mineral water, plus all glassware, ice, tubs to chill, cocktail napkins…to the site
You supply: nothing…we do it all
- Package #4: Full Service Spirits – $25.00 per person
(4 hour service. Each additional hour is $10.00 per person/per hour)
We supply: Package #3 plus spirits & mixers for cocktails – Tanquerey gin, Ketal One vodka, Jack Daniels bourbon, McAllen 12 year scotch, Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila, Cruzan Rum…plus all the mixers for martinis, manhattans, cosmos etc. (no blended drinks)
You supply: nothing…we do it all
